Get Cisco Certified! - CCNA

The Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) credential offers training to help candidates entering the information technology field. Learn to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks, including remote WAN sites.

According to CertCities.com's 3rd Annual Readers' Choice Awards, the CCNA is a finalist for the Best Entry-Level Certification due to its challenging nature. TCP Mag's 2004 Salary Survey reports that the nationwide average for CCNA graduates is $60,000 for those with 3 to 5 years of industry experience. Also, 54 percent of CCNA respondents said they will probably receive an average bonus of $4,715. Job titles typically held by CCNA graduates include network engineer, systems administrator, senior network engineer, network operations professional, and consulting systems engineer.
